Dwell Bible App - Read Along

Designed the innovative 'Read Along' feature for the Dwell Bible App, enhancing the user experience by offering a dual approach to engaging with scripture. This new functionality allows users to seamlessly toggle between 'Listen' mode, which emphasizes audio scripture, and 'Read Along' mode, where they can read the text while listening. The 'Read Along' feature includes interactive elements such as scrolling and tapping on verses, enabling users to navigate directly to specific sections without continuous scrolling. This addition enriches the way users explore and connect with scripture, catering to the growing demands of the app's expanding user base.

Family Core Website Build

Redesigned the Family Core platform, a family resource planning system dedicated to securely storing, organizing, and sharing important documents among blended families and friends. This project involved updating the brand identity and overall design of both the website and app, ensuring a user-friendly interface that enhances functionality. In addition to refreshing the visual aesthetics, we expanded features to better serve users, creating a comprehensive tool for managing family resources effectively and securely.

Developed initial concepts for the Element451 application, focusing on intuitive design and effective information architecture. This project aimed to streamline the user experience by organizing complex data and features into a cohesive, user-friendly interface. Usability Study & Website Redesign

Conducted in-depth usability studies to uncover user pain points on Pei Wei's website, with a focus on key tasks like finding locations, browsing the menu, and placing orders. After identifying challenges such as difficulty adding items to the cart, customizing meals, and accessing nutritional information, we moved into a structured redesign process. Through discovery sessions, information architecture planning, and agile wireframing, we developed and tested a streamlined, modern interface. The final launch received positive feedback, enhancing user satisfaction and driving an increase in online orders.

CrayPay App - User Payment Flow

Redesigned the CrayPay mobile payment app with a focus on streamlining and simplifying key user flows. Enhancements to the payment confirmation, processing screens, and bar scanning capabilities created a smoother, more intuitive experience, with clear calls to action guiding users through each step. This improved flow reduced customer returns and support ticket submissions, marking a significant achievement in user satisfaction and app performance.

Manhattanville University Website Style Tile Concept

Developed a comprehensive style tile for Manhattanville University’s website, establishing a cohesive visual identity that reflects the institution's values and mission. This concept encompasses color palettes, typography, imagery, and UI elements designed to enhance user experience and accessibility. By creating a unified aesthetic framework, the style tile serves as a foundational guide for the website's design, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints and engaging prospective and current students alike.
